Home Ownership

Our homes are simple, decent affordable homes.  The homes we build are inline with Habitat International guidelines depending on the size of the lot we are building. Newly built or rehabbed homes are basic two- three bedroom homes with one to two bathrooms. They are low cost, economically built, and as energy efficient as possible but are not built with cheap or recycled products.   All homes are built to current codes. Our homes are mostly ranch style but may also be a two story home. They typically do not have garages and are between 1,000 to 1,200 square feet in size.

We try to build homes using  "Energy Star" standards which require that they are insulated using superior products and methods to ensure the utmost in energy efficiency.  They will pass an air leakage test and have a full-time ventilation system. They are usually healthier, safer, and have lower heating and cooling bills than non Energy Star homes.

Our homes come with a refrigerator, stove and washer and dryer hookup.
